不能。肯定回答只会出现诸如：Yes, I am.
Yes, they have. Yes, she does. Yes, he can. 等形式。

一 月：January 简写:Jan.
二 月：February 简写:Feb.

什么时候不可以缩写想we'll it's
we will = we'll
it is = it's
只要后面有跟内容（we will + 动词 或 it is + 表语/宾语/实际主语）的情况下，都可以缩写，但当后面没有跟内容时（如回答），则不能缩写。
如：
可以缩写的情况：
We will go shopping this weekend = We'll go shopping this weekend.
It is a pen = It's a pen；或
It is Tom who asked the question = It's Tom who asked the question.
不能缩写：
Is it a pen? Yes, it is. 回答不能写成 Yes, it's.
Will you go shopping this weekend? Yes, we will. 不能写成 Yes, we'll.
