有限公司的法人以公司做抵押向银行贷款，需要股东签字吗？贷款后如果法人还不上，需要股东还吗？
以公司名义和公司资产办理贷款的话需要股东签字，但是如果还不上的话是不需要股东偿还的，只是会处理公司的财产。如果还不上的话就会有如下的情况：
1，对房产进行拍卖，所得款项用于其债权的实现。
2，如果有担保人，向担保人追偿。
3，将你、公司列入黑名单，上报人民银行征信系统。
4，对公司进行诉讼，判决生效后申请强制执行公司其他财产。
5，对公司的债权申请代位执行。
对内动作：
1，追究相关责任人（包括调查人员、审查人员、审批人员等）责任。
2，如该贷款有重大违规操作，向上级支行、总行、银监局、人民银行报告。
2，将债权核销、置换或打包拍卖。
办法就是积极筹款，清偿贷款，建立良好信誉，接着申请贷款。不知贷款到期没有，可以申请贷款展期。
